To obtain an individual or firm password, please see instructions below.
Generally speaking, it is expected that your Law Society record will be electronically received by LAWPRO within a few
weeks following your Call to the Ontario Bar. 燨nce this file is received by LAWPRO, a Welcome Package containing
information about your Professional Liability Insurance status will be mailed to you from LAWPRO, so we would
encourage you to ensure that the Law Society records reflect your correct contact information. After your electronic
file has been received by LAWPRO, you will be provided with a temporary e-filing password to enable you to complete
your filings online. For your added protection, you will be required to change your password to your own unique,
secure password the first time you sign in. To learn more about your insurance coverage,

Protecting your information
If you are filing on a firm-wide basis (for firms of 2 or more LAWYERS) and do not have a firm
password that enables you to access the online firm filing option, please download and print the
Master Password Request form,
complete it and return it to LAWPRO by fax (416-599-8341 or 1-800-286-7639) or by mail.
Customer Service will contact you to provide the firm with the required password.
If you have already set up a confidential firm password but require a reminder of that password, please have
the firm's Managing Partner/LAWYER contact LAWPRO Customer Service at (416) 598-5899 or 1-800-410-1013, and a reminder
will be provided to the Managing Partner/LAWYER.
